Smarty Pants

The other day I was taking Kylee to school, when we were stopped at a stop sign. Kylee said, with a know-it-all tone of voice "octagons have 8 sides and triangles have three sides." I was shocked by this, so I asked her where she had learned that. She said "moose and zee" (which is on Noggin- a childrens TV channel). In a way, I was hoping she would say school... I guess she learns more from TV then school. When we ask her what she learns at school, she just says "I learned how to play outside" or "I learned how to rest."

    In my humble opinion, resting is a essential part of life, much more important than silly octagons and triangles. :) She's growing up so fast!
